Groupe URD has been working on the question of quality management in humanitarian aid since the end of the 1990s.
Working with experts from other sectors, notably the hospital sector, and in consultation and partnership with aid agencies also working on this issue (Initiative Quality Group, Synergie Qualité, etc.) we have built up a certain expertise in quality issues. We are continuing our research in this field, and offer agencies our double expertise in ‘quality’ and ‘humanitarian aid’ for personalised support and evaluations.
