| Advanced module on Quality management |
By the end of this module, participants will have learned the different aspects of quality in humanitarian action (the history of quality, the different actors involved, key issues) and mastered the Quality COMPAS method. They know how to use the Quality COMPAS method to manage a humanitarian project and to carry out an evaluation. They will have discovered the different functionalities of the Dynamic COMPAS.
