The Quality Mission: Introductory module on Quality management |
|
The Quality Mission is an interactive self-training tool for quality in humanitarian
action. It is an interactive game which uses a fictional context to simulate the reality
of humanitarian field work. Quality principles are presented in a fun and yet clear manner.
The Quality Mission is designed for a wide-range of humanitarian workers - from staff working
at headquarters to fieldstaff, national and international staff, students etc - anyone wanting to learn
more about quality management in humanitarian action.
By the end of this module, participants will have mastered the key concepts relating to quality. They will understand the founding principles of the COMPAS Quality method.
