The Dynamic COMPAS® is a software programme for managing quality in humanitarian projects. It facilitates knowledge management by allowing users to:
• Record key decisions taken throughout the project cycle (building ‘project memory’)
• Consult and exchange project memory with other users
• Centralise project memories in an institutional database
• Create files that can be exported in different formats (word processing, open source database) |
