The Dynamic COMPAS® is the interactive version of the Quality COMPAS, a Quality Assurance method for humanitarian projects.
• Based on the following principles
Quality Assurance (critical point management)
Continuous Quality Improvement (prevention, corrective action, monitoring)
Project Cycle Management
• Defines quality by means of a single reference system composed of twelve criteria
• Uses this reference system as a support for project cycle management (systemic approach)
