Dynamic COMPAS
Quality Assurance software for humanitarian projects

The Dynamic COMPAS® can be used by anyone in charge of a phase in the project cycle, from the preliminary phase to project closure (project or programme manager, field coordinator, desk officer) and by evaluators (internal or external).

Beneficiaries: NGOs

•  Humanitarian organisations
•  Development organisations involved in emergency / rehabilitation projects
•  NGOs or other actors carrying out humanitarian projects in crisis-hit regions.

Users: Project manager

•  Humanitarian personnel ‘managing’ projects in the field:
       • Project managers
       • Country directors
       • Head of programme
       • Administrators

•  Head office humanitarian staff with regional or sector-based responsibilities:
