Dynamic COMPAS
Quality Assurance software for humanitarian projects
How to become a Dynamic COMPAS® user?
To take part in a Dynamic COMPAS test: download it

Becoming a Dynamic COMPAS® user can be achieved in several stages

1: Understanding the Dynamic COMPAS®
Attending a presentation of the Quality COMPAS will help you to understand the issues involved in the COMPAS Method and to follow a case study of the Dynamic COMPAS® in action, giving greater insight into its functions and how they can be integrated into an organisation.

2: An ‘in vitro' test of the Dynamic COMPAS® at your headquarters
Your organisation can be involved in a Dynamic COMPAS® test (part workshop, part training). The test will be based on the type of project your organisation implements, in order to assess whether it would be possible to adopt the method on a pilot project. The test covers both theoretical and practical issues, and gives participants a first insight into a quality approach.

3: Using the Dynamic COMPAS® during a real project
You can use the Dynamic COMPAS® in real time, on one or several pilot projects. You can follow the project’s progress using the Dynamic COMPAS® tools and write reports using the programme’s export/report functions.

4: Using the Dynamic COMPAS as part of a global Quality Assurance approach.
You can use the Dynamic COMPAS as an integral part of your global Quality Assurance strategy. It thus becomes part of a broader institutional commitment, which includes other initiatives (e.g. in Human Resources, capacity building, etc.) The software is adopted for all the programmes implemented by the organisation.
